"I bought a 1986 Honda Goldwing from Hatfield Motorsports. 2 weeks after I purchased the motorcycle, the stator went out. I called Hatfields to see how much this would cost me and I was told by Pete Hatfield that he does not do business that way. "Bring the bike in, and we will take care of it for you at no cost", is what Pete told me. I was amazed to say the least. Jokingly, I had asked Pete if they had a "loaner" bike, while mine was in being repaired. To my surprise he actually gave me a 2004 Goldwing to drive the entire time my Goldwing was being repaired.
I have since sold that Goldwing, and thanks to Pete Hatfield again, I now own a 1998 Goldwing. I had contacted Pete to let him know I was in the market for a 1500. Pete told me he did not have any at that time, but would keep me posted if one came in. Apparently a gentleman purchased a new 1800 from Pete, and Pete contacted me to let me know that this gentleman had his "old" 1500 for sale privately. Pete made no money on this deal, as it was a private sale bewtween myself and the owner of the Goldwing. I was absolutely amazing that Pete Hatfield sat me up with this gentleman when he had nothing to gain from it.
Thank you Pete... and all of your wonderful staff!!! I can not imagine that there is a better Dealer than you.
When the kids get ready to ride, you can bet on where I wil be coming for their bikes. "

"Outstanding from beginning to end. Flew in from NY. Was greeted by Pete at the Moline IL Airport. Driven to the Dealership. Introduced to the entire staff. Given a 100% tour of the facility.
Our GL 1800's were prepped, clean and ready to go. Paperwork took less than 5 minutes. Pete personally went over every feature and item of the bike to our satisfaction of understanding.
I would not hesitate to recommend any of my friends, nor would I hesitate to purchase from Hatfield Motorsports again.

"This is the most friendly and courteous dealership we have dealt with. We bought the 2006 Honda Goldwing with the nav package. The price was just as quoted and the service was phenomenal. No dealership in the area could come anywhere near the price, but the main thing was the friendly staff. They greeted you as you came in the door and it didn't matter how many times you came just to look they treated you the same way every time. Thanks especially to Pete, who worked with us for several months to get the motorcycle of our dreams. We visited other dealerships and were treated rudely if we came back to look very often. It took us several months to be able to buy the motorcycle we wanted and were told at other dealerships "If you can get a better deal somewhere else why haven't you bought it yet." and at another dealership "Are you finally ready to buy one." We were never treated with anything but respect at Hatfields and I recommend them to anyone I know who is going to buy a motorcycle. Again, thanks to Pete and his friendly staff."

"Another reason why smaller dealerships are worth the extra mile. I was searching in the QC and only found one R1 for sale. They said they couldn't go much lower than msrp since it was black. Well, I went in because the salesman quoted me 4.9% interest for 6 years. Anyone who buys a bike knows that is a solid deal. I go to the dealership only to find that he's wasted an hour of my time and there's no such deal. I was furious and left. I come back a week later to find the bike had been sold but they had the red one. "I can be a little more flexible on this one..." I didn't want red. I called Hatfield's. They didn't have black but they did have blue (And by the way, blue looks so much better). The price quoted was at least $600 less than any other quote I heard with no setup fee. I was sold. The dealership in Moline was dumbfounded and didn't even try to counter. The next day I picked it up and I've never been happier. To the gentlemen that I worked with; THANKYOU. And thanks to Hatfield's. I will recommend your dealership to anyone that I talk to."
